Shipping & Returns



We usually ship within 24 to 48 hours.  The Shipment only contains batteries.  Please re-use your cables, wires, connectors etc.  All batteries are brand new and voltage tested before shipping.

Please verify the battery your order fits your equipment before you place your order.  Check to make sure the voltage and Amp matches.  We also publish battery dimensions (Length X Width X Height) - if you are not sure please contact us by email or call us.  We are not responsible for incorrect orders.  You can always email us if you have questions. (

 If purchases from Right Price Batteries must to be returned, they should be shipped back to us in sturdy packaging and in resalable condition. All returns must have an RMA number on them, and must be returned within 5 days from the date of issued RMA.

On orders you place incorrectly, we charge a 20% restocking fee and do not refund shipping charges.  A delay in credit may result if the RMA does not meet these requirements. 

To return a product, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Complete a Return Material Authorization Form within 30 days of the original shipping date.
  2. Instructions for returning the batteries will be e-mailed to you.
  3. All orders returned must have an RMA number to receive credit.
  4. Clearly print RMA number on the package.
  5. All RMA packages should be returned to the address in the email.
  6. Credit will not be given for damaged products.

 Credit will be issued after our returns department receives and processes your return. Allow at least 5 days from the date of your return for your credit to be issued. Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to be reflected on your statement. If the batteries are damaged during shipment, we will ship you another battery.  What is done with the damaged battery will depend upon the shipping method used.
